Professional Recruitment Services company, Robert Walters engaged Enso Consultancy to develop a cost effective strategy for distributing hard copy candidate CV material to clients and potential clients.
STRATEGY/EXECUTION
Enso Consultancy developed a strategy based on a hard copy “Candidate Pack” and an integrated online system where clients could retrieve detailed CV information. The “Candidate Pack” consisted of a personalised letter to the recipient with login details for the online system, and a Candidate Book containing a brief overview and ID number of candidates. Using the book as a guide, the client can retrieve detailed information on qualified candidates from the online system. Integrating the online system into the campaign reduced the amount of information required in the candidate book resulting in reduced printing and postage costs. The “Candidate Pack” was housed in a custom designed folder.
