Baxter Healthcare Hospital In The Home Campaign
As a leading supplier of pharmacy services and elastomeric infusion devices for Hospital In The Home (HITH) services, Baxter Healthcare wanted to further their engagement with the HITH community. They required a wide reaching, branded communications program that would engage and support healthcare professionals, provide patient support and promote advocacy for the HITH model of patient care.
The Home Calling – a branded communications platform – was developed.
The project implementation included:
- A series of online video documentaries
- Website to support patient and healthcare professionals
- iPhone app for healthcare professionals
- iPad interactive e-detail pieces

Video documentaries follow patients and frontline HCPs.

In each episode we follow a new story and see how the therapy effects patients and Healthcare providers alike.
